We strongly encourage customers, if in doubt, to obtain additional information before making a purchase so that they are fully satisfied with their choice. We do our utmost to provide clear descriptions and images of our artworks, and you are also very welcome to come to the studio to view the works, so that you can always make an informed decision.

SHIPPING POLICY

Paintings can be shipped nationally or internationally via regular postal services or can be delivered by personal delivery within the Netherlands. Shipping costs depend on the destination and size of the work and are clearly stated at the time of purchase​. Customers also have the option to pick up their purchase for free at the studio.

  • Packaging and shipping: All paintings are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. 

  • Delivery time: The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping option chosen. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time upon purchase.

Retourbeleid

RETURN POLICY

Purchasing a work of art is a personal decision. However, as an artist, there are limitations regarding returns:

  • Damage during shipping: If you have received an artwork that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We ask that you provide photos of the damage so that we can assess the situation. If possible, we will replace the damaged work or refund the purchase price.

  • Unexpected dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Although we are unable to accept returns, we may explore the possibility of providing a solution.
