Sales, shipping & returns

Store policy. If in doubt, please ask for additional information first, so you are fully satisfied with your choice. I do my utmost to provide clear descriptions and images of the works; you are also very welcome to view them in the studio, so you can always make an informed decision.

Shipping. Paintings can be shipped nationally or internationally via regular postal services, or delivered personally within the Netherlands. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of the work and are stated on request. You can also pick up your purchase for free at the studio. All paintings are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit; the estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping option chosen.

Returns. Buying a work of art is a personal decision, and as an artist there are limits around returns. If a work arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos of the damage; where possible I will replace the work or refund the purchase price. If you are unexpectedly dissatisfied, let me know within 7 days of receipt. I cannot accept returns as standard, but we can explore a solution together.
